We currently ship within Portugal and to most European Union countries.

🇵🇹 Portugal (Domestic Shipping)

• Local pickup in Porto: free

• Standard shipping: €5.99; orders €45.00 and up — free

🇪🇺 European Union

We ship to most EU countries, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic and others.
Small parcel shipping: €8.00

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For EU orders, prices include applicable VAT where required.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
